What this website collects
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the subject and your message, when you send the form on the Contact page.
- Phone, email and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send when you call, write or message me. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is run by WhatsApp LLC (Meta); its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
- Site statistics: Jetpack Stats (Automattic) records page views and general information such as the page visited, the referring site, the browser and device type and approximate location. I use it only to see which pages are read.
- Server and security logs: the hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the website.
- Cookies: the website uses cookies needed for it to work (for example, page caching and form spam protection) and for the statistics above. It does not use advertising cookies.
Why it is used
Personal data you send is used to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a consultation. Technical data is used to keep the website secure and working. Your data is not sold, rented or used for marketing lists.
No advocate–client relationship through this website
Sending a message through this website does not by itself create an advocate–client relationship. Please do not send confidential details of a matter through the contact form or WhatsApp before a consultation has been agreed.
Who processes it
Hostinger (website hosting), Automattic (Jetpack statistics and image delivery) and the email and WhatsApp services you use to contact me process data on my behalf or under their own policies. Data is disclosed to anyone else only where the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to meet professional and legal record-keeping obligations. Statistics and logs are kept for the periods set by the services above.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data you have given through this website, or withdraw your consent to its use, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
